It goes without saying that you’ll get paid your salary, receive a pension contribution from us and of course be entitled to paid annual leave. There are, however, some things we want you to know about our benefits and ways of working:

Our employees’ health is a priority, and we understand the role that we as an employer can play which is why we offer a range of benefits to support our employees’ health.

  • Ensuring the correct home office set up including an ergonomic chair
  • Access to a healthcare cash plan which provides cashback on everyday healthcare costs from dental, optical and diagnostic test. Plus, children are covered for free.
  • An employee assistance programme offering a free confidential helpline, access to counselling sessions, alongside tips for a healthier lifestyle
  • A range of gym discounts

Giving back

We are passionate about charity at Evotra and know that many of you will have charities that are close to your heart. That’s why we provide a day’s paid leave for volunteering. We also match donations for employee fundraising efforts.

Peace of mind

Death in Service to give you peace of mind that if the worst happens your family have some financial support.

We understand that sometimes you will need to be off work for a range of reasons including illness, bereavement and childcare. We think it’s important that during these times you are not additionally burdened by financial concerns, so we offer a range of paid leave options to support our employees.

We are a remote first organisation with all of our colleagues working from home much of the time. We understand that some people really like office life so you will have access to our London office and shared space across the UK. We encourage collaboration and commit to weekly catch-up calls and bi-annual face-to-face Company updates.

You can also work from anywhere for 4 weeks a year so you can pack your laptop alongside your suncream or visit friends and family abroad without using all your annual leave.
